Our "Peace-of-Mind Program" has collaborated with Counterpoint Legal to bring you the First Responder Wills Program, with special offerings for First Responders and their spouses designed to give peace of mind with preparation for the unexpected and anonymity of where one lives.

These services will include preparation of a simple will, living will, health care power of attorney, and a simple living trust for residence. What do these mean?

Simple Will - Outline who gets what in the event of your death.

Living Will -State your medical care wishes while you're mentally able to do so, avoiding unwanted treatments and disputes among family members.

Health Care Power of Attorney - Grant a trusted person the authority to make medical and end-of-life care decisions on your behalf.

Simple Living Trust for Residence - Worried about your family's safety? Consider transferring your home into a trust to gain anonymity and so you can't be easily found online, for example.
